Does purchase of a film or video include ownership of the copyright?

No. 就像所有其他形式的媒体一样, ownership of the work itself does not automatically include ownership of the copyright. Exercising the rights of a copyright owner of audiovisual material requires permission as it is required with all other publications. 然而, there are exceptions to this general rule.

  9. These guidelines apply only to nonprofit educational institutions, which are further expected to establish appropriate control procedures to maintain the integrity of these guidelines.
